  • Organize input fields into a compact, multi-column layout to reduce white space and view all of your step inputs and content on one page.

  • Assigning projects to issues gives your team more control over who can view and manage them.

  • If a procedure is already connected to a project, the newly created issue will inherit that project’s user access and permission settings.

New! Import Test Hazards & Conditions

  • Streamline test plan creation by bulk importing your hazard and condition data using CSV files.

New! Organization Settings Page

  • Org Admins can view all user information and settings for the entire organization (all workspaces) in one place.

  • This includes the ability to unlock users that have been locked due to failed login attempts.

  • You can also change the session expiration timeout for all users to match your organization's needs.

Improvements:

  • Multi-prefix support for auto generating inventory tracking numbers

  • New setting to opt-in to auto collapse activity

  • In the activity log, display who added a step to a run

  • Batch Build steps now auto advance on sign off

  • Single card mode for batch build runs

  • Allow part numbers to be editable

  • Batch items will automatically select previous used lot item on next batch step

Fixes:

  • Edit button on comment will auto expand

  • Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented duplicated procedures from being moved to review.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented added steps from being included in a draft if the previous step or containing section was removed.

  • Long part names will no longer cause part image to not render on inventory screen

  • Fixed tag filter on active / archived procedures

  • Improved performance on window resizing

  • Fixed responsiveness of side-panel and content labels in mobile
