New! AI-Powered Procedure Import

  • Turn spreadsheets, PDFs, and Word docs into Epsilon3 procedures with zero manual effort!

  • We use the latest advancements in large language models (LLMs) to transform static documents into dynamic procedures. ITAR-compliant artificial intelligence (AI) recognizes and creates notes, cautions, warnings, text blocks, and several types of field inputs.

  • With a few clicks, you can move your entire library of existing procedures into Epsilon3 and enjoy world-class features like revision control, traceability, real-time updates, and permissions.

  • You can choose when to use this feature, and your data will never be used to train models.

New! Risk Assessment & Mitigation

  • Using a risk assessment matrix, teams can define risks, create mitigation plans, and track progress, all from the new risks module.

Similar to issues, teams can flag and manage risks within procedures, providing control and visibility into any variables that could negatively impact your operation.
