To qualify for the Standard Operating Procedures category, a product must:

  • Create checklists for high-level, repeatable processes and procedures

  • Assign tasks based on checklist contents

  • Track process-related activity and task progress

  • Provide storage for content created within the platform and for other copies of policies and procedures

  • Create and distribute forms natively or integrate with an outside online form builder software

To qualify for the Work Instructions category, a product must:

  • Create step-by-step user guides and instructions for business-related processes

  • Support version control for user guides

  • Store guides in cloud storage and/or local servers

  • Collect employee feedback concerning guides and procedures

  • Provide multimedia support

  • Be available on desktop and mobile devices

To qualify for the Business Process Management (BPM) category, a product must:
