We charge per user per year. Unlimited view-only users are free.

Yes. Epsilon3 will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address.

Yes. Additional users (seats/licenses) can be added at any time for a prorated price.

For security and audit/traceability reasons, all Epsilon3 paid seats are tied to users/emails, but you are free to reassign paid licenses as much as you want, so it’s like the best of both worlds.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to your account until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to your account.
